Photography Rates:

$200 for under 1850 sqft up to 25 photographs.

$225 for 1851-2499 sqft up to 30 photographs

$250 for 2500 - 2999 sqft up to 35 photographs

$275 for 3000 - 3499 sqft up to 40 photographs

$300 for 3500- 3999 sqft up to 45 photographs

4000 + sqft check for custom pricing.

Some areas may require an additional fee, If your listing is in one of these towns or near please check with us before ordering. Area’s include but are not limited to, Northern Mt Pleasant, Downtown Charleston IOP, Folly Beach, Kiawah, Edisto, Walterboro, Bonneau, and beyond Moncks Corner, St George, and further west.

There are some cases where homes have extra bedrooms for their size, extra features outside, such as a nice firepit, arbor, dock, etc. We do our best to cover the entire property within the brackets above but at times you may need an extra 5 photographs to cover the property well.

Twilight Photography:

Twilight conversions are $25 per photograph. They are high-quality digital conversions from daytime photographs to make them appear to be taken at dusk.

Our unique real-time twilight photography starts at $225 for 6 to 8 photographs.

Exterior Only: $150 for up to 7 photographs, if outside of the general tri-county area check with us on pricing.

Detail Shots: $50 for up to 6 photographs. These are high-quality up-close photographs of the best details of the home.

Virtual Staging: $45 for one photo, $40 per photo for 2 or more photographs.

FAA Licensed Drone Photography and Matterport 3d touring

For a drone only photo shoot - $200 for up to 10 photographs.

If ordered in connection with a real estate listing package, drone is $100 for 1-5 photographs or $150 for up to 10 depending on what you need.
